You should begin divorce proceedings, mediation would help this situation.

fight for custody rights...you can do better than this with a live-in-nanny! Let your wife either give up her rights or pay you child support! Quit feeling sorry for her! You have two young men to raise! Now really can she do this job better or can you get the job done better? If you feel you need more insight..think of boarding schools for your boys...at least you'd be truly investing in the children and not the whims of your soon to be x! Just because one recieves child support...that does not mean the child benefits from that income at all! Your true responsibility resides in the welfare of your two boys...if you can't do the job
and being your wife is working nights this truly means she can not do the job...anyway do you want your boys raised that way?
You have many more options than you know! GET COUNSELLING OR GET YOUR BOYS AND START YOUR LIFE OVER...
and do your job! No man can live with a disgrutled wife! Do realize though you can not remarry unless adultry has been committed...either by you or she...Porn is a form of adultry...so if that was something of an issue or is present in your marriage then you can remarry! If it was you that has the porn problem...
DITCH THAT TOO! You have too big of a responsibiltiy to be sidetracked by such idiotic distractions. God gave you two wonderful boys...those are two huge responsibities...and that job
God has given you is your first and foremost priority man! GET UP AND TAKE CHARGE AND QUIT ASKING QUESTIONS YOU ALREADY KNOW THE ANSWER TO! BE A GREAT FATHER AND TAKE CHARGE OF THE SITUATION! YOU COULD DEMAND THAT YOUR WIFE GET COUNSELLING ON HOW TO STAY MARRIED AND BE HAPPY IN MARRIAGE...THAT WOULD BE YOUR FIRST BEST MOVE! AFTER THAT DOES NOT WORK...PROVIDING AFTER TIME THAT IT DID NOT...THEN TAKE YOUR BOYS AND BE A GREAT FATHER AND THIS WAY THEY KNOW YOU DID ALL YOU COULD TO SAVE YOUR MARRIAGE AND YOUR FAMILY AND WITHOUT GUILT YOU CAN MOVE FORWARD AND BE RESPECTED BY YOUR CHILDREN WHEN THEY ARE GROWN, AND WILL FOLLOW YOUR TEACHING THEM IN THE WAY OF THE LORD
ALONG THE WAY! BE STRONG! DON'T WIMP OUT! BE A MAN OF THE LORD AND PRAY FOR THE LORD TO GUIDE YOU AND YOUR MARRIAGE AND YOUR LIFE!

You need to iron all this out in court BEFORE signing anything...it may well be that SHE must pay child support..It sounds as if you should be the primary care giver to me....I think I would try to go for full custody, you will have the tax credits, you will pay child care, and you will have the boys...makes much more sense than what you have spelled out here..just be prepared for a life as a full time father with little time left over for socializing...that is what I would do if I were you. Surely you can still talk to her..present her with this option..if she says no, then take it up with your lawyer, AND GET A LAWYER! Courts no longer automatically give custody to mothers these days.

No it doesn't make sense. Maybe she should she should be paying you. I'd explain to her how you have them most of the time and even pay for daycare. Something does not add up here. And I suppose she'll want to use them as a tax break even though u are the 1 who pays more support. Maybe you need to see a lawyer.

I would consult an attorney and have a fair custody agreement and child support put into order. The courts will consider all in your case and put an order in place. That way it is all legal and no he say/ she say if things get less friendly between the both of you.

Makes no sense. Tell her to keep track of expenses- receipts and the like (clothing, school supplies- not food though cause you will be feeding them) and you will split them 50/50. No need to tap you dry 'cause you need to eat and buy gas etc. too!
Have a great day and good luck!

go to court, if you can't agree on this
the courts can decide, if you have differences of opinion
in the end, nine times out of ten, it should be done this way, for the sancity of everyone involved anyway.
