Why menstrual blood do not clot normally?

What is the mechanism is it due to lack of clotting factor??? I need specific answer thatnks a lot.

nicole please why we don't fly in the air because of gravity but don't say we don't have to fly.

I think it contain anti coagulant: anti thrombin 3

it dosent need to clot, it needs to come out.

it contains fibrinolysin. this lyses(dissolves) blood clots
