He's been my best friend forever and now I like him but he says he doesn't like me like that. (that was a year ago when he said this)Now lately he's been all over me touching me in places and calling me names that you will only call your girlfriend.

He's been my best friend since we were little and he told me once that he only liked me as a friend.(that was last year when he said this) now heis all over me touchnig me on hips,butt breasts, laying his head on me, picking me up on his back one time he even lifted up my shirt when we were in my room.( he said he only wanted to see my t-shirt.(cuz I was complaining about it.)

just ask him, he is probably doing all that stuff, touching etc as a way to see if he's comfortable enough with you to take things to the next level....

If he is your best friend you should be able to call him up, or go see him, bring it up and talk everything all out. Tell him how you feel, and what you want from the relationship, and ask him how he feels. If he says that he only likes you like a friend, and nothing more, then tell him the next time that he touches you or calls you something, that you don't want to be touched or called that if you are just friends, its misleading and it hurts cause you feel like he's playing with your emotions cause he knows how you feel. Hopefully that'll straighten everything out.

Im sure he likes you. He said he didnt like you like that because he probably never thought about it at the time. After thinking about it he is now thinking that who else should he have a relationship with but his best friend. Confront him when he touches you and says these things to you. Touch him back and see where it goes. Ask him to kiss you. You will know for sure.

I would say...........DEFINITELY! If he is all over you that was your first sign. And like what places was he touching you? And the third sign calling you names you would only call your girlfriend. Ask him if he likes you. guys are kinda weird when it comes to that sometimes. Maybe he likes you but isn't for sure if you like him still and is therefore giving you signs. Hope this helps.
