I have a few blemishes need to dry up. Also, I need to get rid of redness.

Diaper rash cream. Seriously. I discovered this after I had a baby. Her zinc "bum cream" works miracles on blemishes. Try it!

Strydex pads. They don't contain alcohol which can dry your skin too much. I've been using Strydex for years and have had very few blemishes... mainly when I forget to use them is when I get a blemish or two. The Strydex in the green bottle works great!!!!!!!!

Cotton swipes (pads) and ALCOHOL.. (or use "Tucks" ---with 'Witch Hazel".) or Desinex Zinc Ointment in the baby section (great for bab's diaper rash...) just wear it at home when you've got privacy...you can't wear it to bed, because it would come off all over your pillow.
Ask your local pharmacists. the alcohol or witch hazel might be the fastest.
