Yes, it definitely can cause either a delay or for your cycle to come early. There's really not much you can do for the situation except try to do things that relax you. Unfortunately, I've found that when my cycle is delayed, it creates more stress and makes the situation worse. I can usually tell when it's just a delayed cycle, though, because cramping and things will begin as usual.

Many things can play a factor in your menstual cycle being delayed. Among these are weight loss, weight gain, stress, poor diet. It's best to stay hydrated and eat a balanced diet. Stress might be hard to control sometimes, so if youre young dont worry about being "off schedule" This is very normal.

Yes. When I joined the Air Force, most of the gals in my dorm had late periods, and it was a very stressful time, both mentally and physically with drill instructors yelling at us all day.

Depends on how much stress. If you are totally and completely stressed out then yeah it does happen. Take some time, go on a long vacation and you'll get it back soon. Although I'm not sure why you'd want it back...lol.

Yes, actually it is happening to me now. I am usually very regular so yesterday I decided to do a pregnancy test just in case. It was negative so I guess it is just stress. I have been vey worried and moody lately so I guess it is just that.

Yeah, it happened to be right before school started, I was stressing big time. But it was only about 2 days late.

Yes of course it can... It has been proven that stress has a tremendous amount of power over your body. This has happened to me numerous of times...it usually happens when there is a lot of pressure put on you.

yes. Mine was late, it was 6 weeks that had gone by before I had got it. I did not realize that I was so stressed.
