see if you can find a website for the movie that's mentioned on the poster behind her. She was probably one of the "starlets" in the flick.

she is not from the sisterhood of the traveling pants unless she is not one of the main characters, but i cannot remember, she does look sort of familiar though but i can't think of her name.i am sorry wait she is, she is that girl from that movie, her name is carmen in the book, she just looked skinny in that picture.lol

well i dunno who she is...but in the pic if u look in the background there is a sign saying "sisterhood fo the travelling pants" and from what i remember thats a movie...you could try looking that up and seeing who is in the cast,,,
