Sounds like you are going to have a tough time. Since you've been doing 30 mins of cardio, you've already dropped those usual quick pounds of water weight.
You should probably increase your cardio a bit.
Weight also isn't a good measure of modeling. You should look at your body fat percentage.

Eat a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits to "detox" everything bad in your system, plus vegetables tend to require more calories to digest than they have in them. Stay away from refined sugar and salt. Drink at least 64oz of water, preferably iced, which will kick start your metabolism and curb your appetite. Instead of eating three big meals eat six small meals to keep your metabolism up.
As for work-outs, increase your cardio to 45 - 60 minutes. Try doing some pilates to develop more lean muscle.

you should of course excersize and eat healthy. i found that eating smaller portions really helps. try eating one portion of whatever you are eating, and then a 1/2 hour later, see if you are still hungry. studies show that it takes around a 1/2 hour for your food to digest. your appetite will also lesson after eating less.
hope this helps!
