I am 15 almost 16 years old. I havent had my period yet and I wear a size 36 A. I feel like I am not growing at all (growing in my breast). I wear padded bras that make me look like I have them. Now, I have like four questions here:
1. Has anyone ever had their periods after they were 15 or 16?
2. Will my breast ever grow from my size now, I mean since I havent had my period yet?
3. Is there anyway to increase my sizes?
4. Will my friends or guy friends be shocked when they see me in a bathing suit or something not requiring a bra?
Now, if anyone can help me with some or hopefully all of my questions, I would be so greatful. Thank you and I hope you can help.
Also, dont be like 'you are way to young for anyone to see you like that' or 'if you dont know, dont ask'. Because this is the reason I am asking, to get answers, not to waist 5 points. Thanks. =)

hi, most girls do get their period by your age.... but not all girls! some do not get it till they are 17.. but you should see a gynecologist in the meantime just to make sure everything is OK, and have your hormone levels checked ... your breast may or may not continue to grow... my sister was an A cup at that age and is now a D cup..after having two children, there is no real way to increase the size without either gaining weight or having implants done, as far as the bathing suit goes they do sell padded bathing suits too! so look for one and make sure the bathing suit is not a plunging one that could expose the truth... I really do think you need to consult the doctor- like I said, because if you are having a hormonal imbalance/ problem , there is medicine that can help and it would help bring on your period as well as increase the size of your breasts!!!!!!!best wishes hon!!!!!!!!

There are some females that have their period after 15 or 16. But it is usually between 11 and 14. If you do not start your periods soon. I would get checked by a doctor. You may have a problem. Your breast size and your period have nothing to do with each other. Breast size is usually genetic. But females grow until they are around 18 so you may increase in your breast size. There are no ways to increase your breast size, except breast enlargement, but that is pretty drastic and expensive. Do not let anyone tell you about pills, drinks etc.. that will increase your breast size they do not work. As for your friends being shocked if they see you with out a bra, yes some may be. But they will get over it. There are quite a few small breasted women in the US.
I hope this helps you.
I really think that you should have a good check up with a doctor. He/She can give you advise on your periods and breast size.

1. Puberty begins from the age of 8 to 19 or older. Different girls' bodies changes at different times. Some faster than the rest.. and some slower. Things change at your own rate.
I got mine when I was 15. A late bloomer. Couldn't consider me having breasts until I was 16.. and I didn't bloom fully until I was 21. Damn slow growth.. haha.. but it's worth it. It's a size worth begin proud of now. And it's all natural.
2. Different people go through these growth stages at different rates, some girls are fully developed (physically adult) at 12, and some not until about 19. The average American White female does not reach a final stage of breast development until the age of 17 or beyond.. yet the whole range is normal. Concerning breast size, heredity plays a major role, and your body build also can play a part in the size of the "finished product." If you're still growing, rest assured that your breasts will fill out. Afterall, you're only 15.
3. Breast size is mostly determined by heredity and also somewhat by body size. You're still growing, so rest assured that so will your breasts fill out. But no matter what "claims" you may see about breast enlargements, the only "cure" is time!
4. There are other girls and even models/actresses/singers with cup A breasts. And they are still pretty and proud to have what they own.. and you can't say that it's something the world is shocked about, right? If it's the pressure of peers or television/media that's pestering you to get a cup C or bigger, don't be intimidated by those cookie-cutter thoughts. Be proud of yourself. Anyway, like I've said.. you're still growing.. there's still years to come that will reveal the woman side of you.
Time will reveal everything. Let the caterpillar slowly work it's way to be a pupa.. and then.. soon.. bloom into a beautiful butterfly. ^_^

As far as your period goes, I think most people get it a little earlier (i was only 11 and would have loved to wait 5 more years!!!) There are some things that may be causing you to not have your period. Girls with eating disorders who are extremely underweight will lose their period until they gain enough weight back, this is the body saving energy. If you are concerned about it, go to your doctor and mention that you havent gotten your period yet.
Your breasts may grow, but there's no way to tell, I'd say that they are probably at their maximum size. There isnt anything to do about making them grow, just be happy that you can go running or even jump on a trampoline without having to worry about knocking yourself out!! :)
If you're concerned about being in a bathing suit, they do sell bathing suits with a padded bra attached.
If your friends are really your friends, they won't care what you look like.

My sister didn't start her period until she was 17. Are you extremely thin or athletic? If so, this can postpone menstruation. Your body needs a certain percent of body fat to menstruate. This can also go the other way. If you are extremely overweight this could also postpone menstruation. As for breast size, you may or may not grow. I started my period at 13 but unfortunately I never got bigger than an A cup. Trust me, there are PLENTY of guys that don't care if you have big boobs. That's just another thing that all of those magazines would have you believe. As long as you project confidence, men will find you attractive regardless of your cup size.

1. Dont worry, as you can tell by all of the other answers, it is completely normal.
2. Yes, they will. Usually they grow after you period starts or right before.
3. Dont listen to these idiots who say that it is genetics. It has nothing to do with your moms side of the family or dads. It all has to do with your hormones and how they act. I think that there is no natural way to do it.
4. They probably will. Just get ready for them to stair and maybe get a padded top. If you are talking like a sexual way of them to see you, there is no way to hide that. Just get ready for you to say 'they arent as big as they look' or you know.
I hope that I helped and Good luck! =]

From what I know, after the age of 16 if you haven't gotten your period yet, you should go see your pediatrician because it could be caused by a hormone imbalance. Here's a quote from some site I found:
"A woman is considered to have primary amenorrhea (absence of periods) if she has not started menstruating by age 16, or has not yet begun to develop breasts of pubic hair by the age of 14. In some women, there may be a constitutional delay in menarche, especially if the mother was late in developing."

Well i was a late bloomer too...i only got my period when i was 15.
if you dont get it soon....i think you had better go to the doctor for a check up..(but sometimes getting your period later..is better...in my case..i have never had cramps or PMS...i just feel normal like any other day)
as for making your boobs bigger...well just wait for them to grow...they say that girls breasts reach its fulll size when the girl is around 17...so you still have time.

1) Some girls don't get thier periods until they are 16. It's normal. I read somewhere that it doesn't depend on genetics.
2) I'm a 36A too! It all has to do with genetics.... blame your relatives.
3) Breast implants or put alot of padding.
4) Cut up an old bra and stick it in your swimsuit. saftey pin the cups- not the whole thing.
