It appear that some people consider homosexuality a sin, or think it is a "sin". Because most Christian take the Biblical passage of Sodom and Gomorrah out of context. That is they take one passage, and make it their own. Since the Bible has been translated over and over again, no one really knows what it really mean. Several texts have been left out, due the pressure of the Catholic church and it's high morals.
However, I do not think that the lifestyle is a "sin" and that in all of God's glory, each person is made in their prefection. Christ did His ministry around individuals who were less than desireable because He wanted to bring each person to know him. All were welcome, and still welcome at his table.
And, yes, I am gay, I am a lesbian, and very proud to be, as well a member of the followers of Jesus Christ too. And, no I don't want to leave this lifestyle, because it is "genetic" and not an accident or a choice. Do you really think I would choose to be consdemed and hated at every turn?--

Women was made for men, and vice versa. Just like bolts and nuts. Put 2 bolts or 2 nuts together and what do you get? Similarly, one's life cannot never be complete or fulfilled that way. Also the question "If you are a gay" is a wrong assumption right from the start. Being "gay" is a matter of choice. So if you made that choice you are responsible for that choice and definitely have the power to undo that decision.
Besides the story of Sodom in the Bible, please also read Romans. We are not progressing as a society but are degrading. So even if it is not a sin, why choose for something less than the best? You have only 1 life, why choose something unnatural and waste that life away?

The first thing that someone should be considering is whether the idea of sin is actually real.
If God is supposed to be perfect how could She have made anything or anyone that wasn't perfect.
Think about it. The idea of sin assumes certain things about God that seem highly unlikely.
First it assumes a God who is too incompetent to organize a simple educational field excursion and figure out a way to get all of the students home safely.
How likely is this that God would not be smart enough to come up with a plan for our salvation that is going to work?
It also assumes that God must have created us imperfect if we are sinners.
One might assume that God would be able to create someone perfect each and every time if he chose to. Assuming God is capable of this, then it follows logically that we must be perfect creations if we are actually creations of this perfect God.
Unless of course you are saying that God chose to create us imperfect.
If God created us imperfect then anything that may go wrong is Gods fault, not ours. This seems a bit illogical at best so I think that we need to assume that What God creates would have to be perfect.
If this is the case and Gods creations are perfect, then nothing that we can do could change what God created perfect and make it imperfect unless we think that we are more powerful than God is.
How likely is it that we the creation could be more powerful than the creator. I personally find this idea somewhat amusing, and a bit absurd.
Religion tells us that God is perfect. If this is true then it could hardly be logically for Gods creations to be considered to be anything less than perfect.
If this is the case then Nothing that we can ever do could possibly change this perfection that God willed, unless we were so powerful that our choices could override and change the will of God.
How likely is that????
Think about it.
The idea of sin is simple nonsense; a lie made up about God by religion.

Being gay is considered a sin it defies the bible.I dont believe you can change if your gay man or woman you are what you are!!!!GAY

It's not approved of in most religions...
Not sure, if you want to have sex with children then you can get "treatment" so I'd think it's as possible for gays as it is for pedophiles.

If you look up theTRUE origins of that, you will find it is a man made rule.
