So if you got your DJ sorted out on a separate budget you're good to go!! But you haven't specified how many are invited? Might want to invest in a good ice cream cake!! Seriously, Get a friend to do just the filming and picture taking all throughout the party. Go to the saver store for decorations use finger snack food instead of proper dishes just get the big cake! Games are pretty much free unless you want a pinata!! Just hold the party in someplace cheap like your friend's house or your school gym!!Have fun and happy birthday!!
