if you could ask a clear question, i'd be able to give you a specific answer...
but I can figure out that you started your period and you don't have a mom... no worries. i started mine at 10 and a half and my mom was hardly any help.
here's what you do, by some pads. it shows you on the thing how to put them on. rest if you feel tired. take some tylenol if your stomach hurts. and tell somebody!
