WELL......I have to admit I searched for 1 1/2 hrs for your answer lol...I too am an avid Yanks fan and would LOVE some seat covers. Unfortunately, I couldn't locate any. However, I did manage to finally track down some head rest covers, at http://shop.mlb.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2361628&cp=1840225.1956222&view=all&parentPage=family
They're actually really affordable, best of luck to your search!

I would recommend that you try a local car accessories store, and see if they can order some for you, or even make them for you.
It might cost a little more for them to make them, but you would truly have a one-of-a-kind item in your car which of course would add value to your car if/when you decide to sell it or trade it in one day.
