Just put ice packs, damp, cold, tea bags or cucumbers on your eyes for a few minutes, it will help reduce the puffiness. Also make sure you are drinking plently of fluids, and be sure you are not allergic to anything that was cause the puffiness besides sleep. This keeps you from spending money, and it works!!! If you still have undereye puffies...use Preperation H CREAM...it does work!!!

Apply a cold compress on your eyes such as cloth dipped in cold water or ice cubes in a wash cloth. When the cloth feels warm, dip it in cold water again or add more ice. Repeat this at least 4-5 times or till you feel the puffs under your eyes drained out.

I then apply hot compresses after the swelling has gone done. This brightens your eyes and you will look great!

sometimes my eyes get puffy from allergies. if you haven't been tested for any, try that

also i just usually take my allergy medicine and put some visine eye drops in and that helps me

you could also try getting more sleep on a regular basis and drinking more water
