Hi. I think you're near 480. If so, get on 480 west, and continue to the I-71 south exit. Take 71 south to the Bagley Road exit, for Berea and Middleburg Hts. Go west (right) on Bagley. Continue for a couple of miles, and the fair grounds are on your left, past Southwest General Hospital. Have a good time at the Oktoberfest!
