Hi, I work for CEDS, part of Cornwall LA - we're currently in the process of revamping our web pages where there are loads of things (resources, links, news, info etc) for Cornish teachers, but you're welcome to have a look as well if you like! Browse from the Teaching Home Page at http://www.cornwall.gov.uk/cypf/teaching/. Check out our new toy too: the streaming media news updates on the CEDS TV links!

Looks like you have been given lots of good ideas already. Here are a couple of sites I use for free worksheets, activity ideas and interactive presentations, eg for Powerpoint or interactive whiteboards.
http://www.teachingideas.co.uk/
http://www.primaryresources.co.uk/
I also use the BBC schools interactive activities often.

Here are some more links.........

Also excellent is Education City although you do have to get a paid subscription eventually.

There are plenty.
Now that depends on what you're looking for. I've found in my years of searching for teaching materials everything from science experiements, paper educational toys to print and make, to free printables.
Another thing I do when searching is to sometimes skip the weblinks themselves and view the pictures. For instance, on google.com if I search for "free pintables" I search in images. You can then see things that might catch your eye and may be just what you're looking for.
http://images.google.com/images?hl=en&q=free%20printables&sa=N&tab=wi
Also, remember, a good piece of cardboard, some markers, crayons, cardstock, and paper, and you have the ingrediants to make your own board game. Better still, after teaching whatever subject your own, allow your students to work together in groups as a team, to create their own board games. Maybe even allowing them to pick which subject to make the game about, like maybe one group making one on math, the other about science. It's only limited by their own imagination. They can even make the question cards to go with their own game.
I'll list you a few here, but I use these keywords in searching. I go to google.com The + sign in the search weeds out a lot of stuff. So does putting the words in "" like "free+printables" or just "free printables"
free+printables
free educational printables
paper toys
You get the idea. Sorry for the novelette. I've a lot more links if you want them. Just click on my nickname and send me a message. I'll be glad to pass them along.
Brain Pop, an excellent source for children with educational flash videos. I usually go the "freebie" method of using the free tial for my son. If you have a computer online at school, the school might consider getting a paid subscription. One of the better sites for learning. My son's school uses it.

Make 3-D models of real life objects, like Shakespeare's Globe Theatre or the Statue Of Liberity, all from cardstock.

This is a treasure trove of wonderful printable educational games, forms, ect. http://www.geocities.com/homeschoolforms/page12.html
While this is printable boxes, there are also some nice printable bookmarks and other things. The bookmarks can be used a rewards possibly. Again, more free teaching material.

hotcourses.com I've been recommended. (I'm about to start teacher training!) Apparently, you can find ideas for all ages on there.
