As a result of reading many on-line posts, I enabled MP3's on the phone, I formatted the card, and I put music onto the card, using the card reader on my computer and windows media player (I do not have itunes). However, when I put the card in the phone, I get the following message: "NO SONGS FOUND IN MEMORY." I would really appreciate help, as I've been working on this all weekend, and my frustration level is escalating! Thank you

My daughter has this phone. For some reason she has to use media player ten then burn the songs to a disk. If she doesn't do this then the card doesn't recognize the songs for some reason. Then she transfers her tunes to her card.

Hope you see that I put more on my comment.
My daughter said the tunes cannot be protected or they will not copy. She said that when she burns them and then recopies them to her computer, this by passes this.

Hope this helps.
