It can be extremly hard to do, I try and keep "my eye on the prize".

I just concentrate on the task at hand. If it's something important, I keep that in mind as well. If it's just busy work or a project that doesn't have to be completed right away, I allow myself to drift off to other matters. If your work isn't urgent, daydream about him

they say if you love some one u need to let go. and if they come back then it means so much more. if they don't come back then........... well u get the picture. do fun things to take your mind off of him. it works. the more you show luv to someone the more they take advantage of you and walk over you. try your best not to let that happen even tho you do have a good heart. in other words play hard to get. if you dont stand for something, then youll fall for any thing.
