Check the oil and gas.Next thing is to walk over the entire lawn and pick up all the trash and debris such as rocks,paper,glass,branches,etc.The next thing is that you do not want to cut wet grass.Cutting wet grass makes your mower work harder and you dont get a good cut plus after you cut wet grass it sticks under mower where you then have to clean under.Also have the blades sharpened at least once a year.

Start from the fursthest edge of your lawn and mow your way, in lines going crossways of your house, and work your way to the house!

1. Don't drink and drive
2. Watch your toes
3. Don't hit any sprinkler heads
4. Remove all the dog crap before you splatter it everywhere
5.Have a nice ice water waiting for you when you finish
6.Get your son to do it, if he's old enough, and you've got one!
7.Make sure you do it at a time when most people want peace and quiet
8.Make sure you have enough gas before you start
9. In return you should get a nice long message for all your hard work!!
