In May 2006, CBS announced that they have renewed the show for the Fall 2006-2007 TV season.

It is on hiatus. They're making a decision whether to continue it's next season or to cancel it. I'm sure she got ratings, but how many is going to determine her show's status. I liked the first couple of shows. I like her co-stars more than her. I love her brother! He's hilarious.
