It is safe to say they would not choose Newark New Jersey.
I think the days of big targets are over. My guess would be anyplace that people congregate. Like a WWF smack down. Or a KKK meeting. Places with armed Red Necks.

If its public transportation its a target. They declared war on public transportation didn't you hear about it?
If you live in the US they use SUV's to run you down. Different tactics in the US.
