First off, the best thing to do is make your skin healthy from the inside out.
I hightly recommend a good multi vitamin and omega fatty acids. Go to any health food store and ask for a COMPLETE omega. This will include omega 3 , 6 and 9.
Omegas are outstanding for skin hair fingernails etc.
The second thing you can do is get a face cream that reduces redness of the skin. Eucerin makes one. Its simply a light cream that reduces facial redness. You can get it at any drug store.

yes, yes, yes! Go and see your GP as there are so many options out there. It depends what is causing the redness. If it is blushing, you can get surgery! My friend had it on the NHS and it worked a treat! It sounds a bit drastic but she felt that it was affecting her confidence. If it is caused by broken capillaries then laser treatment works ( I had spider veins in my legs removed this way). If it's caused by acne scarring then go and see a skin care specialist and get a treatment like micro-dermabrasion. All of these treatments can be expensive so get advice from your GP first!

Creams are available on prescription to relieve the symptoms. Laser surgery is also an option, however I am not sure if there is a complete cure. Best to speak to your GP.

I've had it all my life and it has almost completely gone with age.
You also learn a sort of self control to keep it at bay, hard to discribe but it's like trying calm yourself, meditation like.
Find somewhere quiet, cool and do some slow deep breathing, maybe yoga or similar would help.

You could try a green-tinted moisturiser or get some camouflage make up. Is it red all the time, or is it more like uncontrallable blushing? If its the latter, speak to your doctor as there are operations that can be done.

have you been to a doctor lately? they have so many different medications now that could really help you a lot! please make an appointment with a dermatologist soon! you could try a light foundation to try and cover the redness , just make sure it comes very close to your natural skin tone and put it on very lightly blending it very well so no lines are visible.. best wishes!

One of my friends used to have that and her dermatologist gave he a cream for it. she also used to boil tea bags and then stick them in the fridge and hold them on her cheeks for like five minutes each morning. Thats semmed to help it a bit according to her. Good luck

I don't think there is a cure, however, you can lessen it by watching your diet, stay away from spicy foods and alcohol. good luck
