every day before you goto sleep at night, just pray, you will feel a difference in somedays. It will work.It is said you meet god at night . i pray for a healthy life for you.

If you are neither fat nor thin then you are in the best shape .Take more food rich in proteins .

may be you are mentally down or have some allergy

GOOD not fat not thin then u r perfect. but if u seriously want something then eat right, exercise well and let the stress off u!!

ok, first visit doctor take proper medicine healthy diet especially fruits and veges. then when you feel energatic , do exercise for 20 minutes .
you eat grapes ,grapes juice .we increase our immunity by it.eat beet and salad.thats it.
