activate 2 other accounts, when u answer a question, always go back to see if it is "in voting".. vote for ur answer from all ur accounts.. when people dont make their votes you win... I do it often...

to become higher level in yahoo answers you need to earn some number of points like 249 for second level.. check this link for details. one piece of advice- give precise and factually correct answers and dont ask unnecassary questions
