Usually, the leaves just get dusty. There is a product called Silk Renu. I don't know who makes it, but it is usually available in craft stores, or silk flower sellers. All you do is spray it on, and it desolves the dust. No wiping. Another way is to take it outside and hose it down. Then you will have to wipe off every single leaf to prevent water spots. That is a major job...

Depending upon how dirty the leaves are you have a couple of options. If it is just dusty, canned air will blow it off with little effort. On occasion, you can use the brush attachment on the vacuum to suck off cobwebs, too. There is also Silk Plant Cleaner available at Michaels Craft Stores and some JoAnne Fabric shops. This is also easy to use, starting at the top of the tree just spray on until the leaves are saturated and the dirt is literally dripping off of the leaves and then let it dry in the sun. Put newspaper or plastic underneath the tree to catch the drips.

go to a fake plant store and they will have a special spray to use thet wont damage the material

Get one of those feather dusters. If it still doesn't look good try taking it outside and hosing it down.
