God created the world. That's what the word God means - the creator.
Maybe he (or she) did it with a big bang.

The big bang. I took millions and millions of years for the World as we know it to become habitable. Once men appeared on Earth, they created God in order to prevent people from stealing and raping and such. Neverthless, that didn't help much...
