Definately the second one. I read the article saying she is eating better and has lost all the baby fat, but seriously she was absolutely adorable and didn't need to lose anything. She did this to be healthy she said, ironically now she looks unhealthy. I am alittle concerned considering my daughter idolizes her.

The first one looks like her sister. Her eyes are much darker in the first one.
Both are hot. But the second one is hotter.

By far the second one. I like her old looks when she wasn't skin and bones. Cuz right now she's so skinny that her face looks so long like a horse and so boney.

i dont really like Hillary duff but if i have to choose i would say the 2nd one the first one looks really bad. she looks like she is really old and looks like a drug addict
