if you have acetone...that will work..if not just use some peroxide..it will re oxideze the color and take it off...if you dont have either...it will wash off in about a day or 2 if you wash it with soap regularly

My hair color always recommends using rubbing alcohol to remove hair color from the skin. It is difficult to get it off areas like elbows because they are prone to rough dry skin. You may have your best luck with some dawn dishwashing liquid and a pumice stone.

I am not sure, but when this happens to me, it is gone within a day with regular washing, showering, etc.
