Maybe if you try and sit your mom down and tell her then maybe she might understand but think of it this way do you want your mom to find out by you or by the cops. trust me Friends don't stay around forever....how many times have you been the one to pay for everything or been used some way or another! if you told her not to do it and she did it anyways trust me that is no real Friend! regardless she did it and is putting you into trouble if your parents find out you knew and didn't tell them. she needs to fess up to her choices she tHreW the party and she is resonsible for the damage....... don't let her run you over ...be smart...... will she be there if you get in major trouble i think not she proved she didn't not care!!!!!!!!!

Yes. Of course. You should tell your parents. Your friend caused all of this now she needs to take responsibility and face her own consequences. She needs to act like her age and do whats right. Even know she was immature b4...she needs to get her act together and pay for the damage.

SNITCH im so against snitching but in this case it must be done your parents can sue her parents and those kids involved for damage there is no reason why you parents should foot the 500 to fix the mess

Tell your mom before she files the report and your friend gets into real trouble - better the families work it out rather than the courts....

should you tell your mom? Absolutely.

Here is why. Your so called friend outright disrespected you. She knew this house was vacant and it was owned by your mom , she also knew it would cause damage. Yet this friend of yours didnt seem to care. Why should you protect a friend like that? They werent concerned with you were they? Dont be concerned with them.

considering that it is/was one of your friends that trashed a possible source of income for your parents it is your responsibility to let them know how it happened and from who because when you start a family of your own you may do something hearly the same and would you want your kids letting some of their buddies trashing your rent-houses???

that was just rude to do that, and yes i think u should tell ur friend what they are planning on doing i dont think they will really find out who all did it because it was a party and there were alot of people there, i dont think they can just pin it on one person but she doesnt seem like a really good friend if she did that

I'd tell the truth to your parents. Atleast they can avoid a police report.
