one is a charity which goes in to countries and part their people in grave danger but do help the people survive in very harsh conditions like the red cross
two charity which does in but to relief effected like christians who help people get food
three give money to the country and follow the money trail (in which at least oprah does)
four the charity who gives money to the country but do not follow the trail like many of them like the one (or the charity they support)
five the one who does care

I would say a charity like the Red Cross. They do a lot of good and help a lot of people.

i guess the red cross...i don't understand your explanation of the second charity. but, the red cross is good.
