Yes unfortunately. I always knew he would end up getting killed by getting too close to a dangerous animal, but I still feel sorry that he got taken out in this way. It sounds pretty nasty. Normally you don't die from a Stingray, but he got one heck of a mean stab to the chest. I don't think there was any way they could have saved him at that point no matter what kind of paramedics were standing by.

Yes he was filming a documentary off the Great Barrier Reef and a Stingray killed him. Its poison barb on its tail punctured Steve's chest and put a hole in his heart and he died. His wife was hiking in Tanzania when she was informed of his death. I feel so sorry for her because she never got a chance to say goodbye or tell him she loved him. They also had two children a girl 8yrs and a son 2yrs. At least he died doing something he enjoyed. People around the world will miss him. God bless his soul and may he rest in peace.

Yep, he died. My sister informed me inbetween sessions at school, and that i assumed she replaced into mendacity, until eventually til some instructor got here as a lot as us and suggested that is so suggested and that she won't be able to trust it that he's lengthy gone. I do imagine that he's in heaven singing with the angels. ought to he relax in Peace.

yes he did. he got stung by a sting ray. thats why most people are shocked. you would think he got bit by and alligator or python.. but it was a sting ray. but unfortunately he did die, its sad.
