Mixing Sleeping Pills

I don't know what kind of sleeping pills you are using but sleeping pills are supposed to work within hours, not days.
And yes, taking 2 sleeping pills and a pain killer, which I assume is Lortab, because that's everybody's favorite pain killer and they are so easy to get, is not good. You are working on your own personal addiction.
You shouldn't take pain killers if you are not in pain. Period.

This is absolutely a bad thing. Mixing sleeping pills and pain pills can have serious health implications even if they don't kill you, and certainly can do that as well. You should talk to your doctor about your insomnia so that it can be treated SAFELY!

I'm not a doctor or a pharmacist, I don't pretend to be any of the above, but I will tell you that from what I know, both sleeping pills and pain killers are central nervous system depressants (CNS). Basically if you depress the CNS enough, you die. Not a chance I would take with my life or body.

Please consult your doctor or pharmacist before doubling medications next time.

sleeping pills only start working after a few days?

First off you are doing it the wrong way. Throwing pills down your throat to get a good nights sleep just causes other problems that you can add to insomnia.

Do your research. Dont be so quick to pop some pills. Figure out a natural way to help you sleep. Trust me there are plenty.

To answer the other question, is what you are doing bad?

what do you think genius?

yeah that's bad. Unless you dont wanna wake up ever again, don't do that. Cry yourself to sleep insted. Get a boyfriend or something, that may help you sleep.

Try using a lavender scent in your room. Also cammomile tea before bed might help

It's OK for some but may be dangerous for some others.
