if your in america, go to home depot or if not go to the local paint store in your area, tell them you want to get the spray pain off and they will give you an acid for cleaning the cement but as soon as you put if on, be ready with a strong hose to wash it into the street or the grass, sorry i can't remember the name of the acid, but have use it many times with cement even got the oil off. Good Luck!

removing spray paint from cement is a pain because it discolors the cement and if you use an abrasive, you will likely remove the top layer of cement which will cause weathering.

The easiest way to take care of this problem would be to get some paint remover. Apply it to the area, let it set for awhile. Then use a pressure washer to remove the paint.

i think of your making it lots greater complicated than it desires to be. probable the least complicated 'hawk i've got finished grew to become into out of a extensive observed blade (3'). I only decrease the layout out with an element grinder and a slicing wheel. Harden & temper at 425-450f. yet another thought I ran during grew to become into to make an old college take down 'hawk via folding a extensive report over a mandrel and forge welding the look. Forge the blade into shape, harden and temper (element purely). you will could desire to make a safeguard that slide from the backside and wedges on the suited. sturdy success.
