I dated this person for over a year. We have broke up several times because she goes physco when she does not have her medicine. She has recently started using illegal drugs. Over a month after we split up and I was involved with someone else she filed a report of felonious restraint, sexual assault, 1st degree bugulry, adn 2 3rd degree assaults. They automatically issued a warrant for me and a $1,000.00 bond. I am innocent but it seems like they are believing her over me with no evidence. All I want to do is get on with my life. PLease help!!!!!

prove your innocents, if you truely are:
did she take pictures of damage done to her by you?
what were you suppose to have stolen? did she file a report right away? she never went to a doctor for a rape kit? you have proof of her crazy ways, meds and the such.
sounds to me like she is just pissed off cuz you found someone else...........she has nothing documented, no proof of anything to support her case. You however do think about it. what were the dates / times these things allegedly happened? you need to know this so you can prove you were not with her or even around her. and as for the cops, that is their job, they will do an investagation. as you stated: they have no evidence to support her story. Good luck.

She is obviously mad because you are with someone else.

I recently had a friend that was being sued by an ex-girlfriend for a wreck on his motorcycle (which she never rode). He got the letter from her lawyer one month after he got married.

Women are freaking crazy. I am sorry for your situation. Hopefully her mental and drug problem will come out of the closet.

It is un-just and there appears to be no good answers..

You have to take all these things seriously otherwise they will never get reported. Have your alibis and ANY documentation you may have about potential vindictiveness and present it. If you're innocent the truth will come out. If not, get a sleezbag lawyer and may God have mercy on your soul...

How can a woman say something? She opens her mouth and forms the words. The price for being involved with someone who "goes psycho" apparently is a fee for defense attorneys.

Oh, dude. You are in for a period of hell. The way things are these days ANY accusation of sexual impropriety is taken completely seriously.

Get a good lawyer.
