I bought my PC when i was 5, well my parents bought it for me.
I live in Israel, and have lived in the US for years, there is no difference beetween the 2 countries in almost every aspect, just like all western countries.
So to ask what would be in Israel, ask urself what would be in ur own country.

What makes you think they would learn about computers anywhere different than you did?

At home, on tv and in school.
