i have eaten more and less than 5 peices of pizza at a time before, i think its ok

Sure, that's a lot to eat for most people, but I don't see eating 5 slices that out of the ordinary.

Keep in mind that 5 slices will have a lot of calories (perhaps as much as 2,000+) which wouldn't be healthy to eat that much on a regular basis -only once in awhile if you get that hungry.

Let me guess... you were starving, and the pizza was sooo good? And you ate them very fast? And you were leaning to one side (i.e. very full!) when you had finished your last slice?

Well, if you are worried about your diet (like eating too much), make sure you are very active to balance out the calorie intake. If you sit around a lot and are gaining weight, eat less (still eat all 3 meals with lite snacks inbetween if you are hungry) -specifically smaller portions. Variety is important too. If you're not full when you've finished eating (not speed eating -I'm talking about 30 minutes after you started) then you probably ate the right amount. If you're full, then you ate too much. And if you're trying to loose pounds, then don't even get to the point of satisfaction -be a little hungry still after you've finished eating. In that instance, eat a snack after a couple of hours (to let the food digest) if you're still hungry.

If you're very active, playing sports or excercising 4 or more times a week for an hour or more, then you can eat more. Your body will tell you over time (the moreso the older you get too) whether your eating too much for your lifestyle or not.

Enjoy your food, and eat lots of vegetables, and drink several glasses of water throughout the day! I like to drink a glass of water right after a meal and after a snack.

If you're a big person weighing about 90 kilograms, it normal
for you to eat 5 large pieces of pizza in one meal. However,
you better watch your weight, my friend. Being overweight and
fat, you will face considerable health problems, like heart
pain, cholesterol, diabetes, liver and kidney malfunctions etc.
If you're a cigarette smoker, that will make it more worse for
your health.
So my advice to you is reduce your food intake and select
correctly the types of food you should eat daily. If you're not
sure, go see a food specialist or dietician. Also, smoking is
bad for the lungs and it will cause lung cancer plus heart and
arteries problems.

this is fine as long as you dont eat it everyday. its ok to pig out sometimes. dont feel conscious about your eating habits
