She has never really addressed the issue. She said one time that she did have surgical intervention but will not elaborate. This is due to the fact that she does not want to be the "poster child" for any type of surgery, because she believes that the decision to have surgery is between you and your surgeon.

I remember her saying that drinking a lot of water was a factor. I do think she had surgery though.

she had part of her stomach stapled/removed ... but it sure didn't make her pretty or nice!
