I am struggling to recall the name of a cartoon I saw a long time ago. Maybe, one of you can come up with the name of it:
--It ran in national syndication in the late eighties/early nineties.
--It was a mecha anime/giant robot cartoon.
--It involved a giant robot that was stored under the pool of its operator's/owner's mansion. It's cockpit is a plane that lowers itself into the robot's head as it rise from its launchpad.
--I remember having a toy version of the robot. I played with it alongside my toy Lion Voltron.

That's all I can remember. I didn't care for it then, but now it is driving me nuts trying to remember its name. I will be more than happy to give you 10 points if you can come up with the name. Thanks!
