I had one where I was on a balloon and it popped and I was right above something like the Grand Canyon (woke up right before I hit the ground).

My husband dying in Iraq... thats pretty crapy huh? I do hate the dreams where you are falling..and you wake up, like you said, before you hit the ground. those stink!

I had a dream that I was being thrown off my deck and I hit a tree! Then I fell off the branch and was bouncing from branch to branch andn then I woke up right before I hit the ground.

I had this dream where I was running away from this guy who was shooting at me. Apparently I running up these flight of stairs of a really tall building. Opening the door to the roof, the guy was already there before me and shot me, then i woke up.

one of my worst dreams was being in a airplane crash and i was telling my little brother who is 7 to pray. another one is being bit by a snake over 5 times on the same hand and they were after each other.

i have been lying on a mortuary slab being dissected and feel the pain but carnt scream or move then the transfers me to a coffin drive me to a church next day i can hear my family around me but Carnot yell or move the vicar is telling the people what a good man i was my family crying at my side and saying why the hell was it you and not the other guy I'm still having the nightmare after 8 months of torcher

i walking along a beach with my two kids (i don't have 2, and didn't even have 1 then, i was like 15 when i had this dream) and suddenly a tsunami hits. each child runs in a different direction. i know that the only chance of their survival is if i get them, so i have to choose which one to save... fortunately my mom woke me up for school before i had to choose... that was truely horrible!
i had a reoccouring one as a small child about these grim reaper looking things (looked like the dementors in the harry potter movie - that totally freaked me out) that flew on broomstick and would look in your window and strike you down dead. the only 2 places i was safe were the bathroom and my sister's room.

I can't remember the worst dream, but a recurring dream drove me nuts. I was running naked down a busy city street - that was bad enough - but the worst thing about it was that I never got any offers. lol
