Yes, unfortunately there is. It is called a 'Stage Mother' or 'Stage Father' and is a parent who pushes the child to be the annoying little precocious actor so that the parent can vicariously live out their own unfulfilled fantasies about fame.

Sorry but that's rude i act and i'm a kid actor and i'm not irritating but some kid actors are thou but not all i just do it for the money and becase my parents make me some kids are like bring me this get me that but not me i just get dressed look in to the camra and say my line sand do what i'm saposto and make alot of money and get to meet amazing actors p.s. here r some actors that are iritating ,hilary duff ,frankie muniz ,zack effron, in front of the camra there nice but behind it there total divas ,

what specific child actor? dakota fanning or that red headed kid that won the America's Got Talent because that certainly shows that it doesn't with her yelling blocking out the real sound. yes there is something worse than that. a child "singer" that thinks that shew can sing.

They can certainly intrude on the story in films and spoil them. For instance, in Independence Day - which was pretty flawed anyway. That's why the performances of those who act well are so to be applauded
