This is a job left to a competent mechanic. Since this is an electronic system, you stand a better chance of doing more damage than fixing the problem. Take it in.

Yeah I agree with the first guy. Take it in. Unless you REALLY know what you are doing with cars. But if you are unsure of yourself, now is not the time to try and fix something, because this is a job that is easily made worse.

I would first check to see if this vehicle has a cabin air filter(the forgotten one)..if it looks plugged..change it..now it could also be an electronic problem which i agree would be something left to a mechanic
