YES! i just saw a news story on him! I think he was nuts for doing that! Other than that he was a pretty cool person though.

It's amazing how we keep things from the past in the space... This questions is dated and does nothing for the true identity of who Steve Erwin really was.. I never really followed Erwin and very seldom ever watched his shows, however anyone with the cajones that he had needs to be honored for their bravery. Also for his love for the world and animals.
