Just tryed following steps on their site but in manual it says nothing about clearing the cmos then i looked on the internet and ppl said they could do it by removing battery so i did that and still no luck. i gonna try using pc2700 ram just to see if it will make a difference but i have to wait a while before i can (long story) but it still beeps about 3-4 times a second

2006-09-05 00:29:36 · update #4

UPDATE:

Changed the ram with a stick of pc2700 and the beeping stopped and it boots up however before it fully boots up it says somthing about an error with the processor and it says press F1 to continue but when i do the pc crashes.

If there are any cards installed, remove them. Disconnect all drives (from the motherboard and power supply both) Reseat RAM and CPU, then power-on machine. If you get video, add devices one at a time until you find the culprit.

If you don't get video, you've most likely got a bad system board.

Update: try different RAM. From what I found on Newegg, your system board wants PC3200, not PC2100. That may be your problem right there.

Check your Power Supply/Mobo. This Mobo has a 24 pin+4 pin connectors for the power supply. This PC will potentially not boot if the 4pin ATX is not connected. . Check your memory configuration, ensure its in the correct slots (very easy to get wrong!!!)

try this web site
but if your getting continuous bleeping I suspect that either the memory is not compatible or not seated properly

you also could have the front cables to the mbo in the wrong locations I did this a lot when I first started

good luck

Check that the power cables are in properly plugged in at the MB sockets.

Check that your PSU wattage can take the load of all the peripherals you've installed.

i built a pc from new and old parts about 2 weeks ago,and everything was fine, theres not much you can do wrong, just take your time and double check each part, one tip=try and use a graphic card, not on board,a cheap card can be bought for around £40 for a pci-e and £25 for agp
good luck

Try removing the CPU, leaving socket in open position for a few minutes, refit CPU and heatsink etc then try.

It a long shot but it is possible one or more pins are not connecting correctly.

something should show up on your screen even just to say theres no power going to it Arh right now i see what youve done you have used your old power supply if you look on your mobo you should see a square white connector has you power supply got the cables to go in it.there should be four wires

the cable that goes into your power pins on the case may be upside down.it should be thin and balck and have pwr written on it. try turning it the other way up

i know what the problem is
you have to make sure that your video card is in straight
if it is bent or is not in properly nothing will show up on the screen

you need to provide more details. It would not start simply using your old hard drive, you need to re-install the operating system also using a bootable CD-ROM or floppy-disk.
