Demand pull helps reduce unemployment by creating jobs for which unemployed individuals apply for and become employed.
Therefore if there is a demand for employees due to more work and not enough workers more of the unemployed will become employed.

if we make a demand in any scale (cottage ...)industries .there workers will receive work and in case of more demand more people will get work so, we can say demand can help in reducing
unemployment
