When it is true History such as 9/11, it should not be censored. Parents should perhaps censor what their children watc & when but the rest of us should not be treated like children who don't have enough sense to know what we can handle.

Sounds to me like some of the CBS affiliates don't have the balls to show it like it is. The FCC needs to back off and let history be revealed in it's entirety here. So what it has some language in it. That was one of the hardest days in American history and for them to bleep it out or what not isn't correct. Sure I agree we need to take some of the offensive crap off of our TV. But how can actual footage from a fire fighter's point of view on 9/11/01 even with cussing in it be considered offensive? I just can't see that. GRR FCC back off. CBS get some guts and air it like it is.

No, it should not be censored or moved. You talk about the erosion of rights, yet you consider censorship appropriate? I feel very sorry for you for your disbelief. Censorship for anything is not good censorship for non Adults has his place Freedom to choose as an adult is a human right.
But the world has a New Enemy them and those I still don't know which ones are bad and which ones are good or both are bad(most likley). Religion Censorship Politiks go hand in hand and I like neither.

The firefighters who appeared in that documentary partook in it with the understanding that it would be shown on broadcast television so they knew that any "saucy" language they might speak would be edited out. It's unfair and disrespectful to go against that agreement now.
I don't know how listening to firefighters saying **** and **** in anyway enhances our understanding of what happened that day.

Me too, it's been long enough. It shouldn't be censored either. People don't have to watch it. But if you do you should want to see and hear everything that really happened.
