First, remember that a woman takes time, she is like a good sauce that needs to simmer on the stove...so the best thing you can do is to go slow....the slower the better....you could look at "Men's Health" website and get a lot of ideas www.menshealth.com but going slow and taking the time to learn what she likes and not just what you like will make a big difference to her. Don't just suddenly ask for sex...build up for it during the day....then take your time.
