It may be possible to salvage some of your stuff. Don't give up yet.
Remove any loose mold with a clean dry cloth. Spread everything out and dry it thoroughly, preferably in the sun.
Many of the things may actually be washable with some care, even pictures. Do not wet anything more than necessary. Wipe it gently with a cloth wrung out of thick soapsuds, then with clear water. Do not scrub it. Finally pat with a soft, dry cloth. If stains remain, bleach with a solution of a household bleach, then sponge with a cloth wrung out of clear water. For small stains, a commercial ink eradicator may be useful. "Fan out" pages of books to increase air circulation. If the books are very damp, sprinkle cornstarch or talcum powder between the leaves to absorb the moisture. Leave starch or powder on for several hours, then brush off.
I have been there with this issue, so I know some of your things can be saved. This site has excellent information which should help you.

Sorry to say, but once that stuff gets moldy there's nothing you can do for it.
Take it OUT of the basement and put it in fresh air, that will at least stop the mold. Might help remove some of the smell, but it won't return to its pre-moldy condition. :(

going to have to toss them. If the pictures are very special you may be able to get them dried out & you MAY be able to scan them & photoshop the spots out?????? that is a big maybe though.
Keep some damp rid or better a dehumidifier in your basement from now on.
Those kind of "lesson" stink! our dehumidifier broke in our basement & RUINED a whole dining set as well as a lot of other sentimental items...lesson there is to check on the dehumidifier weekly or so & make sure it does not quit on you.
Sorry this happened to your things :(

I really don't think you can salvage paper products once they have grown mold. In fact, your stuff is dangerous to breath in at this point. I would throw it away and use PREVENTION in the future to keep it from happening again.
