By not making them angry. Always try to make them happy. These people dont like any arguments too. So take care.
Try to talk to them on topics which they like. But for that you have to first take care of ur B.P. as it needs lots of patience to do the above.

Well, if you're a boss and you call one of your workers' extensions, give them a little heads up as to why you'd like them to come over to your office instead of just asking them to come over and see you. People like to know what something is about instead of thinking of endless negative possibilities.

My brothers & I would go through the house & turn all the lights on & the AC, drove my dad nuts, we liked to watch him turn red & watch the steam coming out his ears!
