i have a windows xp and i know that there are files and things in this computer that was here just as a sample, i need to know what can i delete from computer that has no meaning in this computer whats so ever.

This all depends on your level of computer experience. Better safe than sorry, so if you really don't know what you're doing, it's better not to touch anything at all.
But as a guideline...you can safely delete files in "My Documents". Yes, Windows XP gives you free music and pictures that you don't need in the My Pictures, My Videos, or My Music folders. You can safely trash those.
Do NOT touch Program Files or the Windows folder. In fact, just stay away from most of the folders until you really know what you're doing. Your best bet is to find someone with a bit more computer experience.

to know what you can delete you need to do some things first of all. you should click on start /search type in the box win32 and what comes up you can delete cos u dont need them they just take up a lot of space. Then you need to go into the control panel. Next you need to pull up the add/remove programs. After you have that you need to look through your list looking for files delete them. After that is done you need to look for all the crap you downloaded and start deleting them all 1 file at a time till they are all gone. After that is done. Restart the pc and you are done. Your pc will be good as new.

There are so many things you can delete and things you can't that a question like this is too ambigous to answer fully.
You should ask specifics, like...can I delete this file? filename.ext
As a general rule, don't delete anything your not sure about, always use the uninstall feature of a program or go to add/remove programs and do it through there.

Why dont you try not to delete any file in windows folder (Especialy system files).Delete any data file on ur pc which u do not wish to use.Lastly do not delet any software directly.Delete using add or remove program in control panel.

any application which appears in the add/remove programs can be deleted without much concern. Other than that you can use softwares like disk-cleaner to create more disk space by removing un-necessary/un-utilized programs.

any software that you dont use like demo games that you dont use things like that
dont go in the device manger
you dont go there to remove things
