they were little bear like creatures from what i can remember and they wore necklaces that made a totem pole seperate into an eagle a bear and a tortoise amd maybe one more animal its been bugging me for ages and i cant remember what its called please help

i've got in no way heard of Pinky and the concepts yet i found some on the marketplace on the link below. I relish the old bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Tom & Jerry, etc. Cartoons meself. not something like observing the 'classics'. :o)
