he and i are very good friends and we talk a lot. he has not talked to me in such a way that would suggest that he has romantic feelings for me. but all my friends seem to thik that he has romantic feeling for me as they think that he keeps looking at me a lot and pays special attention to me.

you cannot know for sure if he does until he says so. if you live in a country where it is permissible to ask a man if he really likes you, then i'll urge you to do just so. but if you live where it is viewed as a taboo when a lady ask a man openly if he truly luvs her, then i'l advise you to be patient and observant. luk at the way he treats u in seemingly little ways and b4 his close friends. is he proud of you? does he easily pick on u with derogatory words? if yes and no respectively then know he luvs you. on the other hand, if no and yes respectively, then use ur tongue to count ur teeth. call it quit!

men never pay a lot of attention to girls they are not interested in so he probably has feelings for you. and if your friends have noticed and you havent then im almost certain he does. cos normally when someone likes you, you dont realise though its really obvious...
